Thank you for sharing this clever, honest and engaging newsletter. I also enjoyed the Esquire article you linked. Funnily enough, I've often described my mind maps, system sketches and other meanderings as a cross between "A Beautiful Mind" and "The Usual Suspects"—without the schizophrenic (I think) or serial killer (definitely not) aspects.

Yeah...even when it's 'the good guys,' they're usually rogue character. Maybe these are the 'black sheep boards.' I could be 'on board' with that.

Calming my Kitty. A collection of essentials for my beloved cat Roxy. Food, water, a collar, and a pheromone plug in device. Sitting in a temporary spot in a temporary house.

I’ve been temporary so many times i can feel this- I know how much tending to our pets and keeping them soothed during transition is about tending and soothing ourselves as well. This makes me wonder… what’s the equivalent of my “pheromone plugin” ? The smell of my favorite incense really helped me feel more at home in our last transition. Dabbing my favorite oils behind my ear also helps ground me into the familiarity of myself when the outside world is upside down. My sketchbook of course. You?
